Terms & Conditions
Admission & Fees
- Admission fees are non-refundable. This is also non-transferable.
- Pay all course fees in full to access all services. Pay all certification fees in full to access all classes. Partial payments limit your access.
- Mobile banking payments must include your name. They must also include your registered mobile number. Otherwise payment may be invalid.
- Do not pay trainers directly. Payments outside official premises are prohibited. BDDTI will not be responsible for such transactions.
- Official receipts are generated through our online portal only.
National ID (NID) Submission
- Submit a soft copy of your National ID (NID) at admission.
- NID is required for verification. It is also needed for security. We need it for regulatory compliance.
- You must submit a valid NID. Failure to do so may cancel your admission. It may also restrict access to training or services.
- All personal data is stored securely. NID copies are included. They are shared only as required by law.
Course Duration & Validity
- Each course is valid for up to 4 months from the admission date.
- Incomplete courses after 4 months require a 10% annual renewal fee for remaining classes.
Class Booking & Attendance
- Book all classes via our official online portal. Use correct branch details. Use correct instructor details.
- Incorrect bookings cannot be reallocated. They count as absences.
- Arrive at least 10 minutes before class. Late arrivals lose class time. We cannot reschedule for late arrivals.
- Give 12 hours notice to cancel a class. Missing without notice forfeits the class.
- Makeup classes depend on availability. Extra charges may apply.
Class Booking Limits (Partial Payment)
- Up to 3,000 BDT: 1 class
- Up to 5,000 BDT: 2 classes
- Up to 7,000 BDT: 4 classes
- Up to 8,000 BDT: 6 classes
- Up to 9,998 BDT: 10 classes
Safety, Conduct & Discipline
- Do not drive the training vehicle without instructor direction.
- Students are responsible for any damage caused by negligence or disobedience.
- Noise, quarrels, or distractions during classes are prohibited.
- Female students may bring one legal guardian, who must remain silent during sessions.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Classes may be cancelled due to trainer illness. They may be rescheduled for mechanical issues. Emergencies may also cause changes.
- BDDTI will notify you via SMS. We also call students. Check our official channels too.
- Always book before attending. Unauthorized attendance is not allowed. It may result in admission cancellation.
Course Completion & Certification
- Complete all practical classes to qualify. Complete all theoretical classes. Complete all engine classes too.
- Certificates are generated online automatically. Printed certificates cost BDT 200.
- Your first exam attempt is free. Retakes cost BDT 200 each.
Defensive Driving Course (Special Terms)
- Full course fee (BDT 3,500 per participant) must be paid in advance; minimum 20 participants required.
- For offsite training, clients must provide a projector and two roadworthy vehicles.
Safety & Compliance
- All participants must hold valid learner’s or driver’s permits where applicable.
- BDDTI may update these terms to improve service.
Image Use Consent
- By enrolling, you grant BDDTI permission to use your photos or videos from training sessions and events.
- Visuals may be used on our website, social media, or promotional materials.
- BDDTI ensures respectful and appropriate use of all images.
- If you do not consent, inform administration in writing at admission. Otherwise, consent is assumed.
Driving License Application: Guidelines & Terms
1. Accuracy of Information
Provide accurate information during your application. BDDTI is not responsible for issues from incorrect or misleading data.
2. Corrections After Learner License Issuance
Corrections after a learner license is issued due to your error require both the government correction fee and a BDDTI consulting fee.
3. Correction for BDDTI Errors
If BDDTI makes an error, notify us immediately after your driving test and before final payment. Corrections are handled in person or via scheduled online meeting. Final payment is accepted only at this meeting. Late reporting releases BDDTI from responsibility.
4. Smart Card Delivery
BDDTI processes applications up to the e-license stage. The Bangladesh government is responsible for smart card delivery. BDDTI is not liable for delays or issues.
5. Eligibility Criteria
- Professional License: Minimum age 21 years; valid for 5 years.
- Non-Professional License: Minimum age 18 years; valid for 10 years.
Ensure you meet age criteria before applying. Application fees are non-refundable.
6. International Driving License
Applicants must have:
- Valid national driving license
- Passport
- National ID card (NID)
- Printed driving license manual and smart card (issued as part of the process)
7. Exam Preparation
Contact us via WhatsApp at least 4 days before your test for guidance and instructions. Negligence may affect your result; BDDTI is not responsible.
8. Payment Policy
All payments must be made through the official BDDTI app or online portal.
After every transaction:
- Check and save your money receipt from the app or portal.
- BDDTI is not responsible for payments made to personal numbers outside official channels.
If you pay via authorized bank or mobile banking (outside the portal), save and send your receipt for verification.

9. Misrepresentation or Misconduct
BDDTI may cancel or withhold services for forgery, misrepresentation, or misconduct. Communicate only via official channels (phone, WhatsApp, office, or scheduled video call).
10. No Guarantee of Success
BDDTI does not guarantee test success; your preparation and ability determine the outcome.
Policy Amendments & Timeline Flexibility
BDDTI may amend, remove, or introduce rules and policies at any time without notice. Timelines may change due to unforeseen circumstances. BDDTI is not liable for such changes.
Acknowledgment
By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. They apply to all BDDTI courses and branches.
