Driving Training Institute Policies and Procedures
Scheduling and Payment:
Class schedules must be obtained by contacting the trainer before 7:00 PM. All service fees, including Private Car, Motorcycle, Scooter, Bicycle Training, and Driving License, are payable in advance and non-refundable. Send a photo of the money receipt to customer care via WhatsApp at +8801813118833 to initiate driving license processing.
Course Duration and Fees:
The duration of any course is a maximum of six months from the date of admission but Failure to complete the course within this period will incur additional class fees at a rate of 10% per annum.
Attendance and Conduct:
Candidates must maintain a 100% attendance rate.
Please attend or give at least 12 hours notice of class closure to avoid disqualification from further classes.
Additional charges apply for extra or missed classes.
Any damage incurred to training equipment or persons during sessions will be the student's responsibility.
Operating the training vehicle without the trainer's instruction is prohibited.
Classes can not be conducted without prior notification to the office.
Students must arrive at the designated location at least 5 minutes before class.
Classes may be terminated any time due to mechanical issues or other unforeseen circumstances.
Noise, disturbances, or disputes are not tolerated during training sessions.
Payment Process:
Online applicants must make payments via mobile banking using bKash or Nagad.

Admission Cancellation and Penalties:
Admission cannot be canceled once confirmed.***
The Institute reserves the right to cancel admission and impose penalties for breaches of the above conditions.
